Every brand needs a different kind of help

Some need one hard look at a range before sampling. Some need a collection designed, or a brand brought back to the people who buy it. Some want a second opinion every season. Pay for the help you need and nothing you don’t.

Every service below says what you receive and what it costs. Request a booking for any of them, or start with the free Scan if you’re not sure.

Our guarantee: every decision we make about your range comes with a reason you can check. If one leaves you without a clear next step, we rework that part at no cost.

Not sure where your range is losing money?

Sample Waste Scan

Free

A fifteen-minute call about where you are and what you’re unsure of. Afterwards we send one written page naming three places your range is likely losing money: in sampling if you’re a new brand, in styles that no longer sell if you’re established.

You’ll receive

  • A 15-minute call
  • One written page with three specific findings
  • A recommendation for the right next step, or none

The Scan is free. If it was useful, we’ll ask for introductions to two other founders, and whether we may publish the before-and-after with your name removed. You can say no to both.

Range drawn, and sampling close?

The Edit

$650

A style-by-style review of the collection you plan to make, before you pay to sample it. We tell you what earns its place, what doesn’t, where the range needs depth instead of more styles, and the order to sample in. Every decision comes with its reason, so you can argue with it.

You’ll receive

  • An intake questionnaire, so every style is logged, including the ones you forgot to mention
  • Every style reviewed on four questions: will it sell, can it be sampled without a fight, does it belong to your brand, does the margin work
  • The Edit Document: a written decision and reason for every style
  • A sampling order: what goes first, what waits, what gets tested cheaply
  • A 45-minute walkthrough call

We need every planned style, last season’s sell-through if you have it, target retail prices, and who you think the customer is. Want to try the four questions first? Use the free Edit Sheet.

A season has sold, and the next one is still on paper?

The Look-back

$650

We score last season’s styles on the same four questions as the Edit, against what actually sold, so the next range is built on what your customer did.

You’ll receive

  • Last season’s styles reviewed against their sell-through (how much of each actually sold)
  • A written document: what carried the season, what to bring back, what to drop for good
  • Recommendations for the next range
  • A 45-minute walkthrough call

We need last season’s style list and how much of each style sold.

About to show the range to buyers?

The Line Review

$650

Before a trade show, a market, fashion week or a stockist pitch, we read your finished range the way a buyer will.

You’ll receive

  • A buyer’s-eye read of the whole range
  • Written notes: what a buyer will skip, whether it reads as one story, where the gaps are
  • The order your line sheet should run in
  • A 45-minute walkthrough call

We need your line sheet or lookbook, and the stockists you’re aiming for. Not included: retailer lists, introductions, line-sheet design, or pricing and margin work.

Know what the range should be, but not what each piece looks like?

Design

Starting from $1,400 up to 8 styles; $2,400 up to 16

We design the styles that stay. We design what each piece is; how it gets engineered is a pattern maker’s job, and we hand you a clean brief for yours.

You’ll receive, for every style

  • Silhouette and proportion
  • Front and back sketches
  • Fabric direction, with two sourcing options where we can find them
  • Colour placement across the range
  • Details and hardware
  • A written reason for why the style is in the collection

Not included: tech packs, production flats, graded specs, patterns or samples.

Want it decided and designed by the same hand?

You’ll receive

  • The theme and the story of the collection
  • Range architecture: how many styles of each kind, and how they fit together
  • Styling direction
  • A shoot brief and shot list

Not included: logos or brand identity.

Has your range drifted from the people who buy it?

The Reposition

Starting from $1,800

  • The customer and the product story, redefined in writing
  • A re-edited range plan
  • Styling and shoot direction

What we don’t do

We don’t make tech packs, production flats, graded specs, patterns, CAD files or physical samples; when you need them, we say so and hand over a clean brief. We don’t design logos or brand identities, manufacture, or manage production. We don’t show client work or anyone’s unreleased designs without written permission.

Pattern cutting is a pattern maker’s job. We hand you a clean brief for yours.
